There are 21 Western-style rooms and 1 Japanese-style tatami room in our hotel.
All rooms are equipped with bath, air-conditioner(cooling and heating) and TV.

	Single Room Single rooms are equipped with a bed, table, sofa, desk, and TV to ensure a comfortable stay.

	Twin Room In twin-bedded rooms, there are two single beds. These rooms are also furnished with table, sofa, desk, and TV.

	Triple Room A triple room is furnished with a combination of 2 single bed and a extra bed. You can enjoy Kyoto with your companion. Let's do rock, paper, scissors to decide who sleeps where!

	Japanese-style tatami Room (for 4-8 people) We use mattresses for beds for the guests from abroad where are weak in the futon(Japanese mattresses). Our Japanese-style tatami room with 2 private bath/toilet units.

Our information

Check-in time - from 3p.m. until 11p.m. and check-out time is until 11a.m.
When you arrive earlier 3 p.m., we can keep your baggage for you in the front.
The front entrance requires a key to enter after 11:00 pm.
The rooms are cleaned and towels replaced only once a week during your stay.
Towels may be replaced at your request for a fee of 100 yen.
The room charge must be paid at the time of checking-in by Japanese Yen cash or credit card.
A cancellation fee occurs when you cancel it just before your staying, and before our room becomes fully occupy.
We don't serve a meal, but you can have coffee and a tea freely in the lobby.
Web access with a computer is possible freely in the lobby for 24 hours.
